Near the living room is a fully equipped kitchen that has a bar and two bar seats. There are 8 seats in the dining room.On the outdoor terrace you will be greeted by a pool of 31 m2, and its specificity is that it contains sea water. Next to it there are 8 sun loungers. On the outdoor table with 8 seats you will surely enjoy family gatherings, and on the outdoor gas grill you will be able to prepare your favorite dishes or try traditional Croatian dishes.
The youngest ones will love the many spaces in the garden where they will be able to play football or have fun playing on the trampoline.
A washing machine, dryer and iron are at your disposal. If you are accompanied by children, then a feeder and a cot will be of great help.
The villa has 10 parking spaces within its own yard.

GER: Die sehr moderne Villa liegt am südlichen Rand von Nedešćina umgeben von unberührter Natur. Daher bietet die Villa ein hohes Maß an Privatsphäre, die man am beheizten (gegen Gebühr) Salzwasser-Pool oder im Garten bei einem Fußballspiel genießen kann. Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, davon sind 3 mit Doppelbett und integrierten Bad (WC, Waschbecken und Dusche), das Vierte mit Schlafcouch. Alle Schlafzimmer besitzen einen eigenen Fernseher und Klimaanlage. Eine große Küche inklusive Spülmaschine und separatem Essbereich sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer mit TV (und Klimaanlage), ein allgemeines Bad mit WC und Dusche und mehrere Terrassen sind hier vorhanden. Die große Terrasse ist überdacht mit Essbereich und Grill. Von der großen Terrasse gelangt man über eine kleine Treppe zum Pool-Bereich mit mehreren Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirmen und Outdoorsofa.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, spricht perfekt englisch und steht für alle Fragen jederzeit telefonisch zur Verfügung. Sie empfiehlt noch Freizeitaktivitäten und man erhält in ihrem Restaurant in Rabac einen Rabatt.

ENG: The very modern villa lies at the southern edge of Nedešćina surrounded by untouched nature. Thus, the villa provides a high degree of privacy which one can enjoy at the heated (additional fee) saltwater pool or during a soccer match in the garden. The house owns 4 bedrooms out of which 3 have a double bed and an integrated bathroom (toilet, washbasin, and shower). The fourth one has a sleep couch. All bedrooms have their own TV and an air conditioner. A large kitchen including dishwasher and separate dining space, a large living room with TV (and air conditioner) as well as a general bathroom with toilet and shower are provided. The large terrace with dining space and grill is roofed. From the large terrace one reaches the pool area via a small staircase. It provides multiple sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor sofa.
The landlady is very friendly, speaks perfectly English and is always open to all questions via phone. She even recommends activities for the free time, and one gets a discount at her restaurant in Rabac.
